Our dinner, the food, service, sorbet and the pace were perfect.  Again, the meats, potatoes and vegetables were so delicious.  Thanks to the head chef.  I was very proud to feed our guests your creations and everyone I spoke to mentioned and complimented all that was served.

[With the] cappuccino bar and the dessert bar, you surprised Lou and I and our entire room of guests with that presentation.  I am still floored by how cool and how classy that came off…even the music that the DJ played while you unveiled the room.  It was like watching a Super Bowl commercial as we all waited in anticipation to see what was coming up.  Thank you, Thank you.  You really made us look good.

We know that you worked very hard…before our daughter’s wedding.  A lot of time, thought, stress and money have gone into your efforts and it shows and it shines.  You should be proud.

We want to take this opportunity to let you know our sentiments about our recent experience with Crystal Gardens.  Our daughter’s wedding reception was held at Crystal Gardens on January 8, 2005, and we couldn’t have asked for a more memorable day.  Oftentimes the host facility of a reception can either make or break the success of an event.  In our case we feel that you and your staff went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect.

Prior to the event your staff answered questions and gave suggestions as to how to best hold the reception of my daughter and her fiance’s dreams.  Your staff worked incredibly well with us as we put together the color schemes, centerpieces, menu and room arrangements, and also with the additional vendors we brought in, such as the d.j.

We have heard countless comments about how wonderful the food was and how warm and inviting the atmosphere was—even though it was freezing outdoors.  All of your staff was a pleasure to work with.  Thank you again for being such incredible hosts, allaying all the fears of the “mother of the bride”, and for making the day so very memorable.  Best wishes for much success in Livingston County.

This is a letter of gratitude we would like to send to you for “putting the icing on our cake” on the day of our wedding.  From the first time we stepped into Crystal Gardens Banquet Center in Howell over a year ago in planning for our reception, we were impressed.  Not only were we impressed by the ambience, but we were also impressed with the attention everyone was given during the bridal shows we attended there.  [The event coordinators] did a great job in taking notes and making suggestions as well as kept us on track of some of the details.  Their responsiveness to our questions was very impressive and professional.
We had a lot of plans, and pretty much everything we were doing for the evening essentially had an itinerary, but [the event coordinator] knew everything that was going to happen, when it was going to happen, and who he needed to be in place to make it happen…[The event coordinator] really made us feel at ease about getting this whole event off without a hitch.

Being an owner of a catering/restaurant business in the past, I know the extent of work, planning organizing, and team building/communication that needs to happen to make an event happen.  And, from the front of the house and the kind of night we had, everything was perfect!
